 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 134

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  134,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 2, on page 2, line 4, by replacing "years."  with  "years
 5    the property is eligible for the freeze."; and

 6    on page 2, by replacing line 7 with "before (i) January 31 of
 7    the   assessment  year  in  counties  with  a  population  of
 8    3,000,000 or more and (ii) December 31 of the assessment year
 9    in all other counties.  The initial"; and

10    on page 2, line 22, by replacing "assessed" with "exempt".
