 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1720

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1720,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page  3,  line  10,  by  inserting  after
 5    "$200." the following:
 6    "The fee shall be distributed to the unit of government whose
 7    peace  officers  made  the  arrest  for  a  violation of this
 8    Section.  This $200 fee includes the costs  incurred  by  the
 9    unit of government to tow the vehicle to the impound.".
