 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1720

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1720,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  subsection  (c)  of Sec. 11-15 of Section 5, by inserting
 4    after "impound." the following:
 5    "Upon the  presentation  of  a  signed  court  order  by  the
 6    defendant  whose  vehicle  was  impounded  showing  that  the
 7    defendant has been acquitted of the offense of soliciting for
 8    a  prostitute or that the charges have been dismissed against
 9    the defendant for that offense, the municipality shall refund
10    the $200 fee to the defendant.".
