 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1858

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1858 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
 4        "Sec.   8-1402.   Accommodation  for  hearing  disability
 5    Interpreter for deaf.  Whenever any deaf person is a party to
 6    any"; and

 7    on page 1, line 20 by inserting "hearing" after "with a".
