 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2574

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2574,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, as follows:
 5    on page 11,  by  replacing  lines  15  through  17  with  the
 6    following:
 7    "Regulation  shall  provide the Department with access to the
 8    license  information  of  a  prescriber  or  dispenser.   The
 9    Department of Professional Regulation may charge  a  fee  for
10    this  access, not to exceed the actual cost of furnishing the
11    information."; and

12    on line 29, by replacing "for" with "may charge".
