 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4435

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  4435  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and inserting in lieu
 4    thereof the following:

 5        "Section 5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may  be
 6    necessary,  is  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
 7    the Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation for  ordinary
 8    and contingent expenses.

 9        Section  99.  Effective  Date.   This Act takes effect on
10    July 1, 2000.".
