 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 578

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  578  on  page  1,
 3    line 20, after "request.", by inserting the following:
 4    "In cases where the blood or urine tests determine an alcohol
 5    concentration  of  0.08  or  more or there is any amount of a
 6    drug, substance, or compound resulting from the unlawful  use
 7    or  consumption of cannabis as listed in the Cannabis Control
 8    Act,  or  a  controlled  substance  listed  in  the  Illinois
 9    Controlled Substances Act, the results of the tests shall  be
10    reported  to  the Department of State Police or the local law
11    enforcement agency.".
