 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 581

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 581, on page 3, by
 3    inserting below line 5 the following:

 4        "Section 27.  The sum of $1,500,000, or so  much  thereof
 5    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
 6    Fund  to  the  Board  of Higher Education for a grant for the
 7    University Center of Lake County."; and

 8    on page 7, by inserting below line 30 the following:

 9        "Section 107.  The sum of $11,000,000, or so much thereof
10    as  may  be  necessary,  is  appropriated  from  the  Capital
11    Development Fund to the Board of Higher Education for a grant
12    for the planning and construction of  educational  facilities
13    for the University Center of Lake County.".
