 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 786

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 786 as follows:

 3    on page 3, line 25, by replacing "11" with "12"; and

 4    on page 4, line 5, after  "micro-enterprises,"  by  inserting
 5    "the  chair of the Illinois State Micro-Enterprise Initiative
 6    or his or her designee,".
