 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 786

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 786 as follows:

 3    on page 3, line 28, by deleting "and"; and

 4    on page 3, by replacing line 29 with the following:

 5    "Secretary of Human Services or his or her designee, and  one
 6    shall  be  the  chair  of the Illinois State Micro-Enterprise
 7    Initiative or his or her designee.  Three".
