1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1032
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1032, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 11, line 22, by replacing "Section" with
5 "Sections 8-8-3.5 and"; and
6 on page 11, below line 22, by inserting the following:
7 "(65 ILCS 5/8-8-3.5 new)
8 Sec. 8-8-3.5. Tax Increment Financing Report. The
9 reports filed under subsection (d) of Section 11-74.4-5 of
10 the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act in the
11 Illinois Municipal Code must be separate from any other
12 annual report filed with the Comptroller. The Comptroller
13 must, in cooperation with reporting municipalities, create a
14 format for the reporting of information described in
15 paragraphs 1.5 and 5 and in subparagraph (G) of paragraph 7
16 of subsection (d) of Section 11-74.4-5 of the Tax Increment
17 Allocation Redevelopment Act that facilitates consistent
18 reporting among the reporting municipalities. The Comptroller
19 may allow these reports to be filed electronically and may
20 display the report, or portions of the report, electronically
21 via the Internet. All reports filed under this Section must
22 be made available for examination and copying by the public

1 at all reasonable times."; and
2 on page 71, line 17, after "Comptroller", by inserting "under
3 Section 8-8-3.5 of the Illinois Municipal Code".
