 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1032

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1032, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 58, by replacing  lines  23  through  26  with
 5    "purposes of this subsection, a property interest acquired in
 6    a  single  parcel  of  property  by a member of the corporate
 7    authority,  which  property  is  used    exclusively  as  the
 8    member's primary residence, shall not be deemed to constitute
 9    an  interest in any property included in a redevelopment area
10    or proposed redevelopment area that  was  established  before
11    December   31,   1989,  but  the  member  must  disclose  the
12    acquisition to the municipal clerk under  the  provisions  of
13    this subsection.".
