 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1871

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1871 on page 2, in
 3    line 27, by replacing "contract or" with the following:
 4    "grant, defined pursuant to accounting standards  established
 5    by the Comptroller, or a contract"; and

 6    on page 2, in line 28, by deleting "grant".
