 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1871

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1871 on page 1, by
 3    replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following:
 4    "federal assistance moneys.  This Code shall not apply  to:";
 5    and

 6    on  page  1,  in  line  27  by  inserting  after "grants" the
 7    following:
 8    ", except for the filing requirements of Section 20-80".
