6 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
7 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 27,
8 2000, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
9 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
10 of the School Code; therefore, be it
11 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
12 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
13 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by
14 Huntley CSD 158 - McHenry with respect to a statement of
15 affairs, identified in the report filed by the State Board of
16 Education as request WM100-1384, is disapproved; and be it
17 further
18 RESOLVED, That the request made by Norridge SD 80 - Cook
19 with respect to tax levies, identified in the report filed by
20 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1449, is
21 disapproved; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
23 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
24 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by
25 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1422, is
26 disapproved; and be it further
27 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
28 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
29 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by
30 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1423, is
31 disapproved; and be it further

1 RESOLVED, That the request made by Regional Office of
2 Education - Carroll/Jo Daviess/Stephenson with respect to
3 general State aid and average daily attendance calculations,
4 identified in the report filed by the State Board of
5 Education as request WM100-1440(R), is disapproved; and be it
6 further
7 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
8 Madison with respect to the length of the school term,
9 identified in the report filed by the State Board of
10 Education as request WM100-1421 (renewal), is disapproved;
11 and be it further
12 RESOLVED, That the request made by Round Lake Area SD 116
13 - Lake with respect to debt limitations, identified in the
14 report filed by the State Board of Education as request
15 WM100-1428, is disapproved.
