Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Public Health.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
20 ILCS 2310/2310-1
Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 2310/2310-665 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Public Health, in conjunction with the Illinois State Board of Education, shall develop educational material on streptococcal infection for distribution in elementary and secondary schools. Sets forth processes and guidelines to be included in the educational material. Effective immediately.
