SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

820 ILCS 192/99

Amends the Paid Leave for All Workers Act. Changes the effective date of the Act from January 1, 2024 to July 1, 2024. Effective immediately.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Paid Leave for All Workers Act is amended by changing Section 99 as follows:

Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024 January 1, 2024.
