1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

5     (410 ILCS 235/4 rep.)
6     (410 ILCS 235/5 rep.)
7     Section 5. The Pertussis Vaccine Act is amended by
8 repealing Sections 3, 4, and 5.
