AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3529 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3529 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "(410 ILCS 235/3 rep.)
5    (410 ILCS 235/4 rep.)
6    (410 ILCS 235/5 rep.)
7    Section 5. The Pertussis Vaccine Act is amended by
