 1        AN ACT concerning the Department of Human Services.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Department  of  Human  Services  Act  is
 5    amended by adding Section 80-60 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 1305/80-60 new)
 7        Sec.   80-60.  Review   of   disability   services.   The
 8    Department  shall  conduct and make available to the public a
 9    comprehensive review of all State services and  supports  for
10    persons with disabilities. The review shall include, but need
11    not be limited to, the following:
12             (1)  A  geographic  analysis  of  where programs are
13        located.
14             (2)  What resources are available.
15             (3)  The  number  of  individuals  currently   being
16        served.
17             (4)  The number of individuals waiting for services.

18        Section  99.  Effective  date. This Act takes effect upon
19    becoming law.
