 5    with "The Office may require each applicant to"; and

 6    on page 5, line 8, by replacing "Each applicant for a license
 7    shall submit" with "The Office may require each applicant  to
 8    submit"; and

 9    on   page   16,   line  22,  by  replacing  "1,000,000"  with
10    "$1,000,000; and

11    on page 16, line 29, by replacing "Marshall" with "Marshal".
