1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4086
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4086, on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:
4 "by regulation in special problem cases. After a death
5 certificate has been filed for a child under the age of 18
6 years, the coroner or medical examiner shall, within the scope
7 of his or her authority, attempt to comply with any additional
8 inquiries or requests for reports made by a regional child
9 death review team.".
