1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4099
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4099 on page 2, line
3 24, after "Act.", by inserting the following:
4 "In the case of any addition, alteration, renovation, or repair
5 to an existing commercial structure, the Code adopted under
6 this Act applies only to the portions of that structure that
7 are being added, altered, renovated, or repaired.".
