    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4167 on page 2, line

8, after "program.", by inserting "In addition, a school board 
4
may excuse pupils in grades 9 through 12 if those pupils must 
5
utilize the time set aside for physical education to receive 
6
