2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6848 on page 1, line
3 12, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "These areas must be certified by the Department to have
5 completed and adopted a comprehensive plan containing all
6 elements defined in Section 25 of this Act.".
