 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 173

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 173,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section  5,  Sec.  11-208.5, subsection (a), by replacing
 4    items (1), (2), and (3) with the following:
 5             "(1)  a red light signal to produce recorded  images
 6        of  motor vehicles entering an intersection against a red
 7        signal indication in violation of Section 11-306 of  this
 8        Code or similar provision of a local ordinance; or
 9             (2)  any  other  traffic  control device designed to
10        enhance highway safety."; and

11    in Section 5, Sec. 11-208.5, subsection  (c),  item  (9),  by
12    replacing "device or posted rate of speed;" with "device;".
