To the Honorable Members of the

Illinois Senate

93^rd General Assembly

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 330, entitled “AN ACT in relation to vehicles.”   I recognize and appreciate the hard work of all the sponsors in passing this legislation.  However, Senate Bill 330 contains similar language as Senate Bill 563.  On July 29, 2003, I forwarded my recommendation for change to SB 563. 

For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 330.
