 1        AN ACT concerning budgeting.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Bureau of the Budget Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 8 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3005/8) (from Ch. 127, par. 418)
 7        Sec. 8. Definitions. When used in connection with a State
 8    budget  or expenditure or estimate, items (1) through (16) in
 9    the classification of objects stated in Section 7 shall  have
10    the  meanings  ascribed to those items in Sections 14 through
11    24.7, respectively, of the  "An  Act  in  relation  to  State
12    Finance Act ", approved June 10, 1919, as amended.
