 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 905 as follows:
 3    on page 1, by deleting lines 22 through 30; and

 4    on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 34; and

 5    on page 3, by deleting lines 1 through 31; and

 6    on page 3, line 32, by replacing "(b)" with "(a)"; and

 7    on page 3, line 33 by replacing "(c)" with "(b)"; and

 8    on page  7,  line  4,  after  "establishment",  by  inserting
 9    "licensed  under the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act";
10    and

11    on page  7,  immediately  above  line  5,  by  inserting  the
12    following:
13             "(8)  Care   in  a  supportive  living  facility  as
14        described in Section 5-5.01a of the Illinois  Public  Aid
15        Code.".
