 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1001

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1001, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 8, by replacing lines 8  through  10
 5    with the following:
 6        "(b)  Moneys  in  the  Fund  shall be used as provided in
 7    this Section.  The sum of $1,000,000  shall  be  appropriated
 8    annually  to  the  Agency  from  the Fund, to be used for the
 9    costs of cleaning up the debris  on  interstate  highways  in
10    this  State  that  results  from  waste  transporters hauling
11    municipal waste to landfills.  The remaining  moneys  in  the
12    Fund  shall  be  allocated  for  use  by the various counties
13    throughout the State as follows:".
