2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2142 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 12 through 13 with the following:
4 "permits for new high-capacity wells. For purposes of this
5 Section, "high-capacity well""; and

6 on page 1, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following:
7 "with a casing diameter of 6 or more inches.".
