    Amends the Abandoned Newborn Infant Protection Act. Repeals a provision that repeals the Act on July 1, 2007.

3 represented in the General Assembly:

5     Section 5. The Abandoned Newborn Infant Protection Act is
6 amended by repealing Section 75.
