1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1319
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1319 on page 3, by
3 inserting immediately below line 8 the following:
4 "(j) The provisions of this Section apply only if
5 appropriations are made by the General Assembly to the Division
6 of Probation Services to pay for the costs of supervising
7 persons placed on probation under this Section.".
