AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1471

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1471 on page 8, line 35, by replacing "or" with "or"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 5 through 13 with the following:

"cause of the death; or .

(G) the person committed the violation while he or she (i) did not possess a driver's license or permit or a restricted driving permit or a judicial driving permit and (ii) knew or should have known that the vehicle he or she was driving was not covered by a liability insurance policy."; and

on page 13, line 29, by replacing "(d)(1)(G), or (d)(1)(H);" with "or (d)(1)(G);".
