AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2151

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2151, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:
 
5     "Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
6 adding Section 7-103.113 as follows:
 
7     (735 ILCS 5/7-103.113 new)
8     Sec. 7-103.113. Quick-take; City of Mount Vernon.
9 Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a
10 period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory
11 Act of the 94th General Assembly by the City of Mount Vernon
12 for roadway extension purposes for acquisition of the property
13 described in Parcel 4, Parcel 10, and Parcel 12, and for the
14 acquisition of an easement in the property described as Parcel
15 12TE, each described as follows:
 
16     PARCEL 4
 
17     A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 2
18     South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
19     Jefferson County, Illinois, more particularly described as
20     follows:
 
21     Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 5 in Parkway
