AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4534

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4534 on page 1, by replacing lines 18 through 24 with the following:

"In the case of a facility that is subject to this Act, the rights of residents with respect to access to and visitation with their immediate family members and other relatives are as provided in 42 U.S.C. 1395i-3(c)(3)(B) and 1396r(c)(3)(B).".
