1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1625
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1625, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 28, line 30, after "value.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "This paragraph does not apply to any bond issued under Section
7 825-60, 825-65(e), or 830-25 of this Act or to any bond issued
8 under 20 ILCS 3850/1-80 or 30 ILCS 360/2-6(c) or their
9 successor provisions.".
