AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and Dependency Act is amended by repealing Sections 10-40, 10-45, and 10-50.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
