AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2664

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2664, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 4, line 9, by replacing "as" with "if it is"; and

on page 4, line 10, by replacing "if" with "in that"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 22 through 24 with the following:

"(4) that it is not financially impractical for the public utility to serve its remaining customers who are not in the area subject to condemnation.".
