1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 477
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 477 on page 2, line
3 23, by replacing "Each" with "Except as otherwise provided in
4 this Section, each"; and

5 on page 5, immediately below line 22, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "The health care practitioner profiles of registered
8 pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy
9 technicians shall contain only the information required under
10 items (1) through (4) of this Section.".
