1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 998
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 998, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is
6 amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

7     (20 ILCS 3960/19.6)
8     (Section scheduled to be repealed on April 1, 2007)
9     Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on May 31~~April 1~~,
10 2007.

13     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.".
