AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1775

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1775 by replacing lines 20 through 23 on page 1 and lines 1 through 4 on page 2 with the following:

"(2) that the establishment is under the supervision of a full-time director who is at least 21 years of age and has a high school diploma or equivalent plus either:

(A) 2 years of management experience in health care, housing, or hospitality or providing similar services to the elderly; or

(B) 2 years of practical experience in health care, housing, or hospitality or providing similar services to the elderly with ability,".
