1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5703
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5703 on page 1,
3 after line 6, by inserting the following:

4     "(320 ILCS 65/16 rep.)
5     Section 10. The Family Caregiver Act is amended by
6 repealing Section 16.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.".
