2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 265 on page 2, line
3 1, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 2, line 3, by replacing the period with the following:
5 "; and
6         (7) at any hearing conducted under the Sexually Violent
7     Persons Commitment Act at which no witness testimony will
8     be taken.".
