1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 513
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 513 on page 3, line
3 1, after "system", by inserting the following:

4 "and may be connected thereto via any publicly owned
5 right-of-way, easement, or other property owned by the State or
6 any municipality or political subdivision of the State.
7 (c) Any party using a sanitary sewer system as described in
8 subsection (b) of this Section shall reimburse the original
9 provider of the system, whether a public or private party, for
10 a pro rata share of the costs of construction, and may utilize
11 the system regardless of any reservation of capacity that
12 remains unused for 5 years after construction".
