110 ILCS 205/9.03   from Ch. 144, par. 189.03

    Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning advising and counseling the Governor.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by
5 changing Section 9.03 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 205/9.03)  (from Ch. 144, par. 189.03)
7     Sec. 9.03. To advise and~~and~~ counsel the Governor, at his
8 request, regarding any area of, or matter pertaining to, higher
9 education.
