2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1094, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 4 through 9 with the
5 following:
6         "(3) is not guilty in a criminal case by reason of
7     insanity, mental disease or defect;
8         (4) is incompetent to stand trial in a criminal case;".
