Illinois Senate

95th General Assembly

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto

Senate Bill 1326, entitled “AN ACT concerning State government.” I recognize and appreciate the hard work of all the sponsors in passing this legislation. This bill limits the ability of state agencies to efficiently manage state facilities.

For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 1326.
