1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2222
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2222 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
5 changing Section 512-1 as follows:

6     (215 ILCS 5/512-1)  (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.59-1)
7     Sec. 512-1. Short Title. This Article shall be known and
8 may be cited asthe ~~the~~ "Third Party Prescription Program Act".
