1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1175
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1175, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 6, after "layout.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "An authority having jurisdiction may not accept fire
7 protection system layout documents in lieu of technical
8 submissions. Fire protection system layout documents may be
9 submitted as supporting documents to supplement technical
10 submissions. All fire protection system layout documents must
11 be reviewed by a licensed design professional to ensure
12 compliance with technical submissions.".
